Shipping and returns


 

Do we send packages worldwide?

Pompelle Bleu  sends packages throughout the following places:

• All countries in Europe

• United Kingdom

• Japan

When will my order be shipped ?

We try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Our store is open from Monday to Thursday .

All orders placed on our working days before  16:00 pm are shipped the same day. All packages ordered after 16:00 pm will be shipped the next working day.

Reservation items are shipped as soon as the items arrived at our store. We will send you an email as soon as the item reaches our store. You can read the item description to see when your order will approximately be shipped. 

With which courier will my package be delivered?

All packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL.

DPD and Post NL shipping applies to the rest of Europe and United Kingdom

 

What are the shipping costs?

Please keep in mind that there may be custom duties if you are ordering from a country outside of the European Union. These costs are at your own expense.

• The shipping costs with PostNL in the Netherlands are € 7.95

• The shipping costs with DPD and Post NL for Europe are € 12.95 

• The shipping costs with DPD and Post NL for United Kingdom are € 19.95 

• The shipping costs with Post NL for Japan are ¥3,430 


 

Shipping costs will not be charged for all orders above  € 150.00  in The Netherlands.

Shipping costs will not be charged for all orders above  € 200.00 in Europe

Shipping costs will not be charged for all orders above  € 250.00  in United kingdom.

Shipping costs will not be charged for all orders above   ¥24,490 in Japan

 

 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tax is already included on the prices and not at checkout. 

                                     

Can I return my order?​

Yes this is possible, although this is not the case for: 

• Reservation items

• Sale items

Items can be returned within a period of 14 days. Pompelle Bleu will then offer a full refund excluding shipping costs. 

Please return the items in their original packaging and with the original labels attached. Pompelle Bleu will not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

 

When will I get my refund?

Returns will be handled within 3 working days from receiving the return. Once we receive your return, the items will then be inspected. When the proces is done and the item has been accepted we will refund the money to your bank account within 14 days.
